What we are looking for
People with presence, social instinct, energy, and the ability to make a room feel alive.
We are not throwing a party after hiring. The party is part of the hiring.
If you are a college student in Bangalore, around 19 to 22, and you bring energy, social instinct, and naturally make a room better when you walk in, this is your invitation to get in early.
We are looking for future co-founders, founding team members, and early operators.
We care less about polished resumes and more about whether you can host, organize, market, sell, manage chaos, and create a vibe people want to come back to. For this first round, we are specifically looking for Bangalore-based college students in the 19 to 22 range.

At the party, we are looking for presence, confidence, creativity, social instinct, and whether you naturally fit the energy of what we are building. You should be in Bangalore, be a college student aged 19 to 22, and be tentatively free on 14 May.
